1. Using XaroTicket
By using XaroTicket or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account and order information and keep your account credentials secure.
2. Tickets and entry
Tickets are issued for the event, ticket type, holder and quantity shown in the order. Each ticket has a unique QR code and barcode and may be checked in only once. A ticket marked USED has already been checked in and cannot be used for another entry.
3. Event rules
Event organisers may apply venue, age, identification, security, admission and conduct requirements. Right of admission may be reserved where permitted. Altering, duplicating, reselling fraudulently, or attempting to reuse a ticket may result in refusal of entry.
4. Prices and payments
The price shown at checkout applies to the selected ticket type and quantity. The current test build may use a test-payment flow and does not represent a completed live payment integration.
5. Cancellations, refunds and event changes
Refund, cancellation, postponement and event-change rules may depend on the organiser and the applicable event policy. Any specific event policy shown during purchase forms part of the ticket conditions.
6. Account and security
You are responsible for protecting your ticket QR code, barcode and account access. Do not publish or share ticket codes publicly. XaroTicket may restrict access or invalidate activity reasonably suspected to involve fraud, abuse or system interference.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep XaroTicket available and accurate, but maintenance, hosting, network or third-party issues may temporarily interrupt the service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform, payment methods or event services change. The latest version will be published on this page.
